How to book:

Teams can contact Samantha Wentzell Photography directly to schedule a photo session. Two convenient options are available for team registration:

1. Coach-Managed Registration: Team coaches can collect individual player registrations and fees on behalf of the team.
2. Online Individual Registration: I can provide a customized online registration form that can be shared with players and parents, allowing them to register and submit payment directly.

Choose the option that works best for your team, and I’ll handle the rest to ensure a smooth and organized photo day experience.

Photo Day:

Photo sessions can be scheduled during regular practice times or at a designated time set specifically for photography. If taking place during practice, there must be a clearly defined area separated from active play to ensure the safety of both players and photography equipment.

Athletes should arrive in full uniform, fully prepared for their session—this includes hair and makeup if desired. Players are welcome to bring their own pose ideas or follow the guidance provided by Samantha Wentzell.

Each player will be photographed in multiple individual poses, along with a team photo if applicable.

After Photo Day:

Following photo day, all registered players will receive a private link to an online gallery where they can view their images and select their included photos. Additional images and add-on items—such as customized posters, and more—will also be available for purchase at that time.
